专利说明:

The present invention relates to a fitting according to the preamble of claim 1 having a fitting housing, a fastened in a tap hole of a fitting carrier tubular fastening device and one or more extending through the tubular fastening device to the valve body flexible connecting leads.
Fittings such as sanitary fittings or sink fittings are usually mounted by the fitting from above on a tap hole of a dashboard, so for example a hand washbasin, a sink or countertop, placed and then from below with a corresponding ring or horseshoe-shaped mounting plate against the dashboard be screwed. However, this type of assembly has proven to be complicated and difficult, since there is often little space available as a working space for a fitter under the dashboard.
Therefore, quick-fastening devices have been proposed for fittings, which are inserted from above into a tap hole of a dashboard and at least two laterally swinging, longitudinally adjustable retaining clips which are adjustable via running inside the fastening device clamping screws against the underside of the fitting carrier. The clamping screws themselves are in this case actuated from the valve side of the fastening device forth, so that the fastening device in the tap hole of the fitting carrier can be fastened without work must be performed below the dashboard. The fitting housing is then fastened to the fastening device.
Such a quick-fastening device for a fitting is known for example from Japanese publication JP 2002 146 862. The fitting housing is placed here on an upper collar of the fastening device. A screw hole in the collar then serves to drehinvarianten down the fitting. The connecting cables are only passed through the pipe opening after the quick-fastening device has been installed. In this case, it may be difficult or impossible because of the required for connection to wall-side angle valves bulky connection sleeves with union nut to push them from above through the fastening device, so that an installation from below is required.
A similar fastening device is also shown in the document DE 20 2012 104 488. The fitting shown there is fastened with a kind of bayonet lock on the fastening device, so must be plugged in the correct angle and then locked by a rotational movement of the valve body on the fastening device. Since only relatively little space is available for the connecting lines within the fastening device and, moreover, connection lines and a pull-out hose for a pull-out shower pass through the fastening device in separate channels, such a rotary movement is only possible if the connection lines have not yet been mounted. Thus, the connection lines must be connected from below to the already mounted fitting, which in turn requires work below the dashboard.
Another quick-fastening device is shown in the document US 2013/048 100. There, the valve body via an additional plastic molded part, which is locked with several fingers on an annular groove in the collar of the fastening device mounted on the fastening device. The connection lines must be routed laterally through the plastic molded part to a mixing valve. Such a multi-part fastening device is expensive to manufacture and handling during assembly is difficult and time consuming.
An object of the invention is to provide a fitting that can be installed quickly and easily.
The object is solved by the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are given in the dependent claims.
In a generic fitting, the object is achieved in that the fitting housing mounting side has a receiving socket for accurate, rotationally fixed recording of the annular collar of the tubular fastening device and that the valve is mounted in the preassembled state on the dashboard holder by the valve body with the connected thereto and guided by the tubular fastening device connection lines of the inserted into the tap hole tubular fastening device is so far removed that the clamping screws are accessible.
The present invention thus provides a fitting with quick-fastening device, which can be installed in the preassembled state, ie with already connected to the valve body and guided through the tubular attachment device connecting cables. This is especially achieved in that the fitting housing is merely plugged onto the fastening device in a defined orientation to one another. For this purpose, the collar, which forms the upper end of the fastening device, and the lower end of the fitting housing, which is designed in the form of a receiving bushing for the collar, designed so that they form a mutually rotatable fit.
The valve is thus supplied in the preassembled state and the attachment-side end of the fastening device need only be inserted into the tap hole of the support plate. The fitting housing can then be removed so far from the fastening device that the clamping screws are accessible, with which the retaining clips are clamped against the underside of the support plate. Subsequently, the valve body can be plugged back in the predetermined orientation on the fastening device, the fit between the collar and receiving socket provides sufficient support and stability of the attachment. Since during or after placement of the fitting housing on the fastening device, a relative rotation of the two to each other is not required and not possible, the pre-assembled leads are not in the way and can easily slip through the interior of the fastening device during placement.
Due to the non-rotatable connector between the valve body and mounting device, the valve may be formed in spite of the cramped space in the interior of the fastening device as a shower faucet having a spout with pull-out faucet, which is connected via a directly extending through the valve body extension hose to the valve body. The extension hose extends through the tubular attachment device and in a loop back to a connection located at the lower end of the fitting housing. In the interior, therefore, in addition to the connecting lines and the double, namely in the outward and return direction carried Auszugsschlauch sufficient space. Also in this embodiment, the valve is delivered and installed in the preassembled state, ie with connected connecting cables and connected extension hose.
The non-rotatable fit connection between the valve body and fastening device may preferably be such that the collar of the fastening device has a groove and the valve body arranged within the receiving socket, a corresponding projection, the groove in this case preferably runs parallel to the axial direction of the tubular fastening device.
The custom-fit, backlash-free connection between the valve body and mounting device gives the fitting itself sufficient grip and stability over the dashboard, since the fitting could be removed only in the dashboard perpendicular direction of the mounting device, but hardly in the normal operation of the valve Forces occur. In addition, a locking screw for fixing the plugged on the collar fitting housing may be provided on the valve body in the region of the receiving socket. Thus, accidental removal of the fitting housing is prevented by the fastening device. Preferably, the locking screw passes through the projection within the receiving socket. Due to the enlarged by the projection at this point wall thickness can be cut particularly well here a thread that gives the locking screw, preferably a headless grub screw, sufficient grip.
Conveniently, the receiving sleeve and the collar are designed to cooperate such that the fitting housing in a purely axial direction relative to the tubular fixing device can be plugged onto the federal government.
Due to the rotationally fixed connection between the fastening device and the valve body, there is the additional difficulty that the fastening device must be aligned in the correct position to the dashboard holder before tightening the Halteklammem, so that the outlet of the fitting points later in the right direction. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, this is achieved in that the collar of the fastening device on one side has a straight shaped edge region, which can serve as an alignment mark for optical alignment of the fastening device relative to the fitting carrier. For example, the straight shaped edge portion may represent the rear portion of the armature so that it may be optically slightly aligned with a wall or rearward edge of the armature support, such as the rim of a sink. The fastening device can thus be installed in the correct orientation without the fitting housing having to be attached for this purpose.
Preferably, a mixing valve is housed in the fitting housing, for example, a ceramic disc valve of a single lever mixer, and the connecting lines comprise a hot water and a cold water pipe.
Further advantages and features of the invention will become apparent from the embodiments and the accompanying drawings. Hereby show:<Tb> FIG. 1 <SEP> of a quick-fastening device for a fitting according to the invention in a side view,<Tb> FIG. 2 <SEP> is a plan view of the fastening device of FIG. 1,<Tb> FIG. 3 <SEP> the quick-fastening device of FIG. 1 mounted in a dashboard,<Tb> FIG. 4 <SEP> a fitting according to the invention during insertion of the fastening device into a tap hole of a dashboard,<Tb> FIG. 5 <SEP> the valve of Figure 3 with inserted into the tap hole fastening device,<Tb> FIG. 6 <SEP> the screwing of the fastening device of FIG. 4 in the tap hole,<Tb> FIG. 7a and 7b <SEP> the screwing of the fastening device in the tap hole in a view obliquely from below,<Tb> FIG. 8 <SEP> attaching the fitting to the fastening device screwed in the tap hole,<Tb> FIG. 9 <SEP> a detail view of the lower end of the fitting housing with the receiving socket for the collar of the fastening device,<Tb> FIG. 10 <SEP> tightening the fitting body plugged onto the fixing device with a locking screw,<Tb> FIG. 11 <SEP> a section through the valve body and fastening device in a radial plane at the level of the fastening screw,
In Figs. 1 to 3 a quick-fastening device for use with a fitting according to the invention is shown. It is a tubular fastening component 2, which has a collar 3 and an adjoining annular collar 4 in the upper region. Laterally on the pipe section 2 are two swing-out retaining clips 5, which are each adjustable via a clamping screw 6 in the axial direction. The clamping screws 6 are located within the tubular fastening device 1 and the retaining clips 5 protrude in the swung-out state through slot-shaped openings 7 from the pipe section 2 to the outside. In the assembly position shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the retaining clips are pivoted in corresponding recess 8 inwardly so that they are within the scope of the pipe section 2. Alternatively, the retaining brackets can be arranged in the mounting position and below the pipe section 2 in imaginary extension within its circumference.
In the exemplary embodiment, the pivoting movement of the retaining clips takes place in a radial plane. However, it would also be possible and within the scope of the present invention that the retaining clips 5 fold out in a tilting movement from a vertical to a horizontal direction upon actuation of the clamping screws. The pivoting of the retaining clips 5, which may also be an unfolding in the above sense, can be done as in the embodiment due to frictional forces in the thread of the clamping screws 6. However, it would be equally possible to provide springs which exert a force in the swinging out direction on the retaining clips 5, or to provide a wedge-shaped guide on the pipe section 2 or the recesses 8, so that the pivoting of the retaining clips 5 due to wedge action in the axial adjustment done by the clamping screws 6.
For mounting, the pipe section 2 with the pivoted-in mounting position retaining clips 5 through a tap hole of a fitting carrier 10, such as a sink, a countertop or a vanity, are plugged. The collar 3 has on one side a straight portion 9, which serves as an alignment mark and allows alignment of the fastening device 1 relative to the fitting carrier. Subsequently, the clamping screws 6 are tightened from the top. Initially, due to friction in the internal thread, the retaining clips 5 pivot outwardly until they find a stop at the edge of the slot-shaped opening 7. The swung-out position of the retaining clips 5 is also referred to here as a retaining position, since in this position the fastening device 1 can be held by means of the retaining clips 5 and the clamping screws 6 against the fitting carrier 10. By further actuation of the clamping screws 6, the retaining clips 5 are now adjusted upward in the direction of the collar 3 until they come into contact with the underside of the fitting carrier. The retaining clips 5 thus fix on the clamping screws 6, the collar 3 of the fastening device against the dashboard 10. This position is shown in Fig. 3.
According to the present invention, however, the fastening device 1 is preferably not installed separately from the valve in the tap hole, but the valve is mounted in the preassembled state, ie with already connected and guided by the fastening device 1 leads. An embodiment of such a preassembled fitting in a mounting situation is shown in Fig. 4. The fitting has, in addition to the fastening device 1, a fitting housing 11 with connecting leads 12 connected thereto. The connection lines 12 are passed through the tubular fastening device 1. At the end facing away from the fitting housing 11 end of the connecting lines 12 conventional connection sleeves are provided with union nuts for connection to angle valves of conventional design, which are not shown in the drawings. At its lower end, the fitting housing has a socket 13, which is designed to receive the annular collar 4 of the fastening device 1. Receiving socket 13 and collar 4 form a fit that is dimensioned so that the parts can be inserted into one another without play by hand.
For mounting, the fastening device 1 as shown in Fig. 4 is removed from the fitting housing 11 and inserted into the tap hole 10 of the fitting carrier 10. This condition is shown in FIG. Subsequently, with a screwing tool 14, as shown in Fig. 6, for example, a screwdriver or a cordless screwdriver, tightened the clamping screws and thus the retaining clips 5 are first swung out and then clamped against the underside of the fitting carrier 10. Fig. 7a shows in a view obliquely from below the pivoting of the front retaining clip 5. By further actuation of the associated clamping screw, the retaining clip 5 is moved in the position shown in Fig. 7b on the underside of the fitting carrier 10 and braced against it.
On the anchored by means of the clamping screws and associated retaining clips in the tap hole 10 of the fitting carrier 10 fastening device 1, the valve body 11 is now attached. The connector between the end collar 4 of the fastening device and the socket 13 of the valve body is rotatably formed. For this purpose, a groove 4 is provided in the collar 4 of the fastening device, which extends in the direction of the axial extent of the tubular fastening device 1. A projection 13 on the inside of the receiving socket 13 of the valve body 11 engages in the groove 4 and thus prevents rotation of the valve body 11 on the collar 4. The projection 13 has a radially extending threaded hole, in which to secure the valve body a grub screw, as shown in Fig. 8, is screwed. A cross section through fitting housing 11 and collar 4 at the level of the locking screw is shown in FIG. 9. Through the axially extending holes 6, the clamping screws 6 are guided. In the hollow interior of the fastening device 1, the connection lines run 11th
The lower end of the fitting housing 11 is formed by a radial projection 13 with an enlarged inner diameter, which serves as a cover in the manner of a push escutcheon for the collar 3 of the fastening device 1.
